Gift Vouchers are available for selected packages or in multiplies of £5.

Gift vouchers may be purchased in person or by telephone using a credit or debit card, and can be sent to anywhere in the World.

As a courtesy to other guests mobile phones must be switched of before entering the salon and not switched back on until you leave the building.

Children are not permitted in the salon under any circumstances.

Waiting is only available for clients who have booked an appointment, unfortunately due to limited space we must ask you not to bring anyone with you to wait for you while you are having your treatment.

Cancellation or rearrangement of an appointment less than 24 hours prior to the booked time will incur a charge equal to 50% off the booked treatment.

Pre-Payment or credit card details are required from all clients to secure an appointment at the salon. If you do not attend for your appointment the full amount of your treatment will be debited to your card.

All Courses of sessions or treatments booked as well as all gift vouchers are valid for three months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. We are unable to remind clients nearing their expiry date so please ensure that you have completed your vouchers or treatments before they expire.

Aculight laser hair removal packages are valid for 1 year from the first treatment.
